to the 2017 Shasta Mastery Retreat
This retreat is for the adventurer of
Spirit! We will be spending much time in nature, nurturing
our bodies and souls in the beauty aournd us and enjoying
the mountain, rivers, and springs sharing sublime energies
together as a family or "pod" as the dolphins do.
Saturday,

7:00pm - Gathering and Orientation - getting to know our "pod"
(gather in Trish and Doug's chalet)

9:45am - Leave for Red Fir Flat on the mountain and the Whale
Initiation with the trees
11:30pm - Time on your own ... bring your lunch

***This special day is open for the magic ... no set schedule!
We will listen to the group guidance and follow Spirit knowing
that magical, mystical experiences await us! We will be open
to individual guidance as well so each can follow their heart
to their soul's calling for the day.
*Optional Stewart Mineral Springs ... opens at 11am 530-938-2222

NOTE:
There is a wonderful spa at the resort if you wish to have
a massage. Also, you may be interested in enjoying the healing
mineral hot springs at Stewart Mineral Springs. Both activities
are optional and self pay.
What
to bring:
The
weather should be warm during the day and cool at night, but
it can be unpredictable. Bring layers. Recommended to bring:
shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops, tennis shoes (or hiking boots,)
jeans and some long pants, sweaters or sweatshirts, warm jacket,
warm clothes for night time, flashlight, umbrella, cold case
for lunch, day pack, container for water, beach towel and/or
situpon, The resort provides towels for the baths, but if
you wish to swim elsewhere, you will need a beach towel (can
use to sit on it at sacred sites as well.)
